New frames and ophthalmic lenses are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. In the event of a defect, we will replace them with an equivalent product.
Adjustment to the prescription
If you have difficulty adapting, visual discomfort or persistent discomfort following your new prescription, we will readjust or replace your lenses purchased at Pilotte Nantais. This adaptation guarantee is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.
Frame adjustment
At any time, you can come to the store without an appointment and free of charge to have your eyeglasses checked, adjusted and cleaned. And for as long as you wear your glasses !
